Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. I'm a 30 yr old female Soldier stationed in Korea. About a year ago I injured my knee and now the Army will only allow me to swim for my physical fitness test. In the pool I feel little pain but since I stopped running my metabolism went down and I am gaining weight. I swim 3-4 days a week and I cut out junk foods and drink more green tea and eat more fruits and veggies. What other recommendations might you have?
