Mr. King

Please explain why Don Imus was taken off the air by his 'racist unwitty'remark about the girl's basketball team~even after he made a private and a very public apology~and has been known to do much good work for children with cancer. BUT Mr. Letterman is excused for his terrible remark that was way out of bounds about Gov. Palin's child(does not matter which daughter he meant)and a very ugly snide comment directed at all females regardless of their age? OH exactly how many charities does Mr. Letterman support publicly? This was not comedy or satire this was totally out of bounds and by refusing to apologize he proves all he cares about are his ratings. He has long practiced feuds with celebrities..but going for the family of a public figure is WAY out of bounds.
Any explanation? Thank you.

Hi Larry,
I was born Dec. 4, 1933 so I am pretty close in age to you. I still rollerblade very fast, lift weights, ride my bike and keep pretty active. However, I would just love to know what you do to keep your energy up. I don't think I could sit so alert and do such a wonderful job with your interviews every night. Please let me know your secrete. I think you are great!

Larry, the suspender you wear is characteristic of your personality.
It gives an aura of diginity and elegance. At what point of your "Remarkable Jouney" of achieving 50 years on both radio and television that you first think of wearing your signature attire?

Hi Larry,

When you were in radio as I was in Montreal, what was the most embarrassing moment you can remember that happen to you. I forgot the red light was on and spoke bad words.

Also who would you like most to interview that you haven't yet.

All the best,

Bob

Mr. King, you have just been giving the good news that you are going to be reborn again whenever that time comes. Would you like to embark in a new profession and what would that profession be,or, would like to be back as a journalist/broadcaster?

Dear Larry,
Over the years of watching you, I've observed you to be a staunchly neutral atheist borderline agnostic. Who, out of all the people you have interviewed, has most made your question your doubts?
Sincerely,
Regina Nast

Hello Larry
Well done you make CNN worth watching.I have three questions for you
Having interviewed a wide range of people on your show is there any one person whose opinion/career/way of life/ has influenced you the most and if so how?
Apart from financial rewards what aspect of your job has brought you the most joy and satisfaction?
When interviewing your guests you seem to bring out their personality, without sucking up to them otherwise known as brownosing and do not appear uncomfortable asking any question even if it may embarass them. How do you do it?Is this an acquired or learned skill or does this come with experience?
