Is the majority of your wealth now illiquid and reduced in value or did you sell properties at significant losses?

Mr. Kiyosaki: We send you greetings from Mexico, believe me, in this country we know you and we really appreciate you. I think that one of the new challenges of this century is the best system to make choices on a negotiation, what is your judgment about making business by e-mail instead a personal meeting?, I mean, what kind of decisions do you determine in some of both choices and why?, because I think that the personal closeness with our counterpart make the basement of a strong trade loyalty.

I bought a 180,000 dollar house in Dec. 2007. I plan to return to the country of my origin next year end. The question: would it be money wise to sell the house this year and move to a rented apartment (will save about $300 per month) or should I sell it next year just before I am ready to leave?

For someone who has had the chance to save and prosper but never seems to grasp the fact that life requires responsibilities, how and what do you recommend this person do? It's a matter of time before their world comes crashing down with the harsh reality that is life... Many have tried to make them see and comprehend but this person yearns to not care about anything having to do with finances.
