You talk about stocks and mutual funds not being the best place to invest. You also talk about using other people's money to invest in real estate. If someone already has money in the stock market and wants to take it out, what would you suggest doing with it to create cash flow?

Dear RICKY CRUZ

You are in the middle of a business project and have doubts and fear, I personaly can feel you jumped into this business project troght some kind of inspiration, openion or advise, the Answer is knowledge, you have not seen all the aspects in feasibilty, and also haven't planned well all the aspects, and when you are in the middle you are losing confidence,

You can overcome this fear and clear your doubts by making a little SWOT analysis, and giving some time to study and revise your project, Give more time for education on BI-Triangle, study that 10 times atleast.

When you are on a very dark road in a very dark night with no headlights of education you will get accident, and in the bsuiness knowledge, financial litracy, some other key aspects act like headlights and street lights.

and secondly i am sure you are Self-Employed, I can help you for free being a RichDad fan :)

you may contact me zubair4u@hotmail.com

MUTUAL FUNDS | KICK STARTING YOUR INVESTMENT JOURNEY

Dear Robert. As we know that you dont like mutual funds, i would like to ask the following.

Mutual funds or known as Unit Trusts in South Africa, is one of the only forms of a affordible investment, if you cant get the avergae joe to invest or understand the concept of investing in the least risk investments which is unfortunately currency driven, how will you ever get him to invest in a part time business, him self or something he cant instantly see a result from? The way i see it is that even if a youngster aged 21 invests a few dollars a month, he atleast pays himself first, then if he gets 10% interest, the market place paid him, then by setting a 5 year goal he can invest and study his desired field of part time business that he would like to go into to, He can use his investment to ceed as colateral to entities or banking institutions to give him a loan to start out his business, or if enough money in the investment, he can partially make a tax free withdraw to fund the business. As now a days, the youth get their little pay check and go straight into luxuries cause it offers them instant gratification and its about trends ect.... But flip the mind set, create a desire, help him invest into a low risk investment instrument to inderstand the priciple's and then when he is ready to make his first steps into the business wolrd he can use that money to kick start his journey Debt free. Its not to much money to loose but even if he does it would be avaluable lesson. Would you say this is a bad choice? Remember we are talking to the 9 to 5 vers and the most conservative person that we so desparately want to see on the right side of the Quadrant.

Why does everyone price their courses so high? $3K to $5K for most courses, I 'd like to see someone offer their course at affordable rates for those of us who are the working poor and the ability to pay as we go. Possibly offer it in modules. Our credit is screwed . We would like to be able to pay using our bank card, but at our convenience not on an automatic withdrawal. If the courses are offered in modules, the next module is made available, electronically or by whatever means, when paid Similar to the concept of i-chapters.com for textbooks. A reasonable monthly fee for coaching, or a per call charge, or a charge that allowed so many calls within an allotted time frame, could be offered at an additional price. Again, at an affordable price. Microsoft offers a similar plan for service with their software program packages. Would you be willing to take 50% profit of my first deal? That would probably be higher than the cost of your course.
I'm broke and I have wanted to invest in real estate for fiftenn plus years. I'd be happy to give you a percentage of the deals for the training. What do you say?
