Michael Martin was ousted recently from the British Commons. The first speaker to meet such a fate in over 300 years. Alistair Darling is also hated and under fire to go while Gordon Brown who was referred to as 'a one eyed Scottish idiot' is going through hell at the moment. The allegation is that they are going through these simply because they are Scottish and the English voters are not comfortable with them. To how far do you agree with these allegations and do you frankly think Scotland's continued membership of the Union is still relevant?

Is there anything you try to "say" to people through the films you are in?

Dear Ewan,

First I must say, with shy blushes, you are in my top 5 of most influential and best loved men in my life, and of course my #1 favorite actor and male vocalist. Even though I'm all the way up in Northern CA, I'm certain one day I'll be blessed enough to meet you.

My question is, do you think at any point in your career you would consider becoming a recording artist, a singer? You have the most beautiful, honey-smooth voice, and you play guitar so sweetly. When I hear you sing it takes my breath away. I just think it is such an incredible talent you have, and it would be such a joy to hear you really go for it. I would certainly be your #1 fan in that as well. I think with great marketing support plus your charm it would be genius.

As a side note, I'm really hanging on to the hope of hearing more of your music because I sing as well, and I have an fervent appreciation for music.

Hollywood seems to be redoing *so* many films. In which remake would you love to star?

I just want to say that you are my favorite actor, I love your movies.
I'd like to know if you have planned to make another musical, because I would love to hear you sing again, I really love your voice.
I also want to ask you what do you think about mexican movies, do you like them? Would you like to work with mexican directors such as Alfonso Cuaron or Guillermo del Toro?.

You played Obi Wan Kenobi, though flawed, a very wise and incorruptible Jedi Knight. Did you learn anything about yourself and experience any personal growth playing this character?
